With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Thomas W. Burns of Delhi, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 4, 2025 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James L. Burns and Helen Burns (Bowen); and his brother James E. Burns. He is survived by: his wife Joan (Schultz); his son Wayne; his daughter-in-law Roxanne Burns (Bliss) of Bovina; his grandchildren, Mary-Elizabeth and James-Randell Burns; his daughter Faith Burns of Delhi; his grandchildren, John, Farrah Wright and Henry Frandsen; his daughter Jody Woodrow (Paul) of Milford; his grandchildren, Madison Martin and Quincey Woodrow; and his sister Elizabeth Aikens of Oneonta. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
