He is survived by : his wife Janice Armstrong of Delhi; his children, Brenda Wallace (Bill) of Delhi, Sheri Alwine of Delhi, Serena Bishop (Mark) of Otego, Carol Powers (Stan) of Delhi, Willard Armstrong (Judith) of Otego, Dee Maney (Chris) of Delhi and Jamie Armstrong of Delhi; his siblings, Charles Armstrong of Hamden, Raymond Armstrong of Walton and Edith Macintyre of Oneonta; and the mother of his children Mabel Olson of Delhi. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
