She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfredo DeFranco and Marta DeFranco (Bellovino); her stepmother Maria DeFranco (Turner); and her husband Dr. Jorge P. Constantino. She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Laura; her children, Dr. Jorge L. Constantino (Sheila Hilley), Graciela Desemone (James), Eduardo Constantino (Kim) and Ricardo Constantino (Laura); her grandchildren, Jarrod Constantino, Travis Constantino, Marcela Draper (Thomas), Cristina Nesbitt (Jalen), Sophia Constantino, Lucas Constantino, Nicholas Constantino, Brody Moorman, Ryan Murphy (Lauren) and Declan Murphy (Valerie); her great grandchildren, Shane, Claire and Callum; her siblings, Susana Maldonado (Norberto), Marta Mel (late Roberto) and Horacio DeFranco (Elena); Lolita, Maggie and Mabel. She is also survived by her loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.
