We are sad to announce that on July 11, 2023, at the age of 77, Charles A. Underwood of Delmar, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles A. Underwood and Patricia Underwood (Towne); his brother Rick Underwood; the mother of his children Frances Underwood; and also Gail Stock.

He is survived by : his wife Nancy K. Ray; his children, Tanya Underwood (Don Byerly) and Kirk Underwood (Barbara Vossler); his stepdaughter Maile Ray; his grandsons, Jacob Frazier, Jackson Underwood and Brooks Ray; his sisters, Patricia and Jane Underwood; his nephew Lee Underwood; his nieces, Tiffany and Kristen Underwood; and also, Gary King (Susan), Henry King (Cary) and Michelle Cartwright (Mark).
