He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Haslam and Harriet Sleepack Haslam. He is survived by: his wife Helen Mae Haslam; his daughter Shannon Banahan (TJ); his grandsons, Mason and Colton Banahan; his son Charles J. Haslam, Jr.; and his grandchildren, Tylor and Logan Haslam.
