David B. Austin Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of David B. Austin of Delmar, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 25, 2025 at the age of 69. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of David B. Austin to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bruce Austin and Roberta Sackett; and his in-laws, Leon and Janelle Reiff. He is survived by: his wife Marlene Austin; his children, David Austin (Jennifer) and Calyn Sprague (Brian); his grandchildren, Ryan and Cooper Austin; his siblings, Karen Spinelli (Peter), Terry Austin and Anya Austin; and his stepmother Ann Austin. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, in-laws.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the New Comer Cremations & Funerals (343 New Karner Rd, Colonie, NY 12205). A memorial service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Delmar Presbyterian Church (585 Delaware Ave, Delmar, NY 12054).
