He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Stephany and Ruth Carter; and his brothers, Richard Dunphy and Thomas Stephany. He is survived by: his son David Dakotah Stephany; his grandson Colton of Madisonville, TN; his siblings, Charles Dunphy of Colonie, NY, Joe Rose of Green Bay, WI and Marie Luthringer of Athens, NY.; and his pet Chewy.
