She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanford Mickel and Ruth Mickel; her sister Shirley Callahan; and her brother-in-law Jack. She is survived by: her husband Eugene Lewis; and her children, Jennifer King, Stephanie Mojallali (Darius), Michael Lewis (Maria), Elizabeth Mosier (Kevin) and Melissa Allyn (Mark).
