It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Grace E. Higgins (Delmar, New York), born in Queens, New York, who passed away on October 20, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her spouse Francis J. Higgins; and her son Mark D. Higgins. She is survived by: her children, Grace E. Mueller (Jim) of Altamont and Paul J. Higgins (Rose) of McLean, VA. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, five great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
