She was predeceased by: her parents, George Scruton and Nona Scruton (Middlemiss); her husband Bradford Durfee Tripp; her siblings, Francis, Sherwood Scruton and Patricia Fisher (Scruton); and her children, Michele Perras and Steve Scruton.

She is survived by: her daughters, Ruth Tripp of Scotia, NY and Sally Tripp of Massena, NY; her siblings, Catherine Maguire (Vincent Maguire) of Adams Center, NY and Wayne Scruton (Myrna Scruton) of Concord, NC; and her daughter-in-law Sue Scruton of Messena, NY. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
