With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jesse J. Zwack of Delmar, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 6, 2025 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Jesse shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Jesse farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his daughters, Crystal DiTonno (Phil DiTonno) and Amber Therkildsen; his grandchildren, Savannah, Mariah and Landon; and his wife Catherine Zwack.
