She is survived by: her husband Sean Farrell; her children, Macayla Farrell, Siera Clifton and Thomas Fleming III; her grandchildren, Remington and Lawson Clifton; her siblings, Jennifer Stevens, Jesse Hamilton and Andy Hamilton (Aurora); her father Gordon Hamilton; and her nieces and nephews, Grace, James and Felicity.
