It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patrick Lafortune Jr. (Delmar, New York), who passed away on July 14, 2025, at the age of 32, leaving to mourn family and friends. Visitation will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Meyers Funeral Home Ltd. (741 Delaware Ave, Delmar, NY 12054). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception (125 Eagle St, Albany, NY 12202).
