With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ted Kansas of Delmar, New York, born in Ilion, New York, who passed away on November 16, 2022 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George and Helen (Panarites) of Kansas; his son-in-law Patrick Portune; and his brother-in-law Frank Abrams. He is survived by: his wife Joann "Jody"; his children, Nicole of Charleston, SC, George (Jessica) of Slingerlands, NY and Theresa Bergeron (Jason) of Billerica, MA.; his grandchildren, Helen, Sophia of Kansas, Cameron, Ryan and Kevin Bergeron; his brother Dr. Peter (Diane) of Kansas; and his siblings-in-law, Mariann Abrams and Bob Cassidy (Betty). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
