He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Cavanagh and Delia Cavanagh; and his wife Mafilda Cavanagh. He is survived by: his son Daniel Cavanagh; his daughter-in-law Erica Cavanagh; his daughter Shannon Mastrangelo; his son-in-law John Mastrangelo; and his daughter Tracy Cavanagh.
