He was predeceased by: his grandson Brandon Salisbury; his parents, Howard Salisbury and Doris Salisbury; and his siblings, Sandra Layaou and Doug Salisbury.
He is survived by: his wife Anna M. Salisbury; his sons, William H. Salisbury, Jr. (Mary) and Michael; his grandchildren, William H. Salisbury, Tyler Salisbury, Michael Nasca, Kayla Nasca, Connor Salisbury and Miranda Salisbury; his great grandchild Alaina Salisbury; and his sibling Beverly Suafoa. He is also survived by 40 nieces and nephews.
