Adeline A. Ptak Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Adeline A. Ptak (Depew, New York), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 7, 2025 at the age of 96. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Adeline A. Ptak to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her daughter Ann Marie Saad (Lou); and her siblings, Leonard, Robert, Alfred, Joan and Evelyn.
She is survived by: her husband Thaddeus Ptak; her children, David Ptak (Donna) and Lynn Lauricella (Michael); and her grandchildren, Alicia, Joseph, Alexander, Judson and Mary. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Pacer Funeral Home, Inc. (2275 George Urban Blvd, Depew, NY 14043). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Philip the Apostle Parish (950 Losson Rd, Cheektowaga, NY 14227).
