He was predeceased by: his son Baby Andrew. He is survived by: his wife Theresa; his sons, Nicholas and James Wityk; and his siblings, Kathryn Seweryniak (late Joseph), Michele Marsh and Suzanne Shifley. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and a godchild.
In lieu of flowers, the family graciously requests that contributions be made to St. George's in Andrew's honor.
