It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Barbara E. (Johnson) Dittenhauser (Depew, New York), who passed away on January 5, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her brother-in-law John Dittenhauser (late Jean); and her parents, William Johnson and Gladys Johnson. She is survived by: her husband Alfred; her children, Stacy Johnson (Timothy), Eric Dittenhauser (Mary), Jacob Dittenhauser and Alice Johnson; her brother Gary Johnson (Carolyn Baldwin); and her siblings-in-law, James Dittenhauser (Carol), Mary Ann Nikischer and Helen Gottstein (late Jim). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Donations may be made to Prince of Peace Lutheran Church or Ronald McDonald House.

I was sad to read that Barb passed away in January. Barb was always so level-headed in the midst of deadlines and crazy students and the emotional roller coasters in the office.
