It is with sadness that the passing of Daniel F. Puckett (Depew, New York) is shared. Daniel, born on September 13, 1949 in Buffalo, New York, passed away on September 17, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Atlee Mears Puckett and Margaret Helen Heckel; his brothers, Lee and Larry; his brother-in-law Ronald Reis; his family, Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Acadia, D. C., Myrtle Beach and Cedar Point; his wife Darlene; his children, Ryan (Nicole) and Leah (Robert); his sister Mary Lou Mancuso (George); and his grandchildren, Edward, Luke, Andrew, Karina, Ethan and Amilia. He was also cherished by many brothers and sisters-in-law, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the New Comer Funeral Home (5090 Transit Rd, Depew, NY 14043). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 10:30 AM at the St. Gregory the Great Roman Catholic Church (200 St Gregory Ct, Buffalo, NY 14221).
Those wishing to honor Dan's memory may make a donation to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the Lewy Body Dementia Association (LBDA).
