We bid farewell to Dolores Turkasz (Depew, New York), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on September 10, 2025 at the age of 98. Dolores touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Esther Gaczewski and Casimer Gaczewski; her spouse Aloisius "Al" Turkasz; her son Michael Turkasz; and her siblings-in-law, Helen Ciurzynski (late Ted), Joseph (late Emily) and Edward Turkasz (late Dolores).
She is survived by: her children, Dennis (Dotti), Linda Keatting (Hal) and Kenneth (Mary); her grandchildren, Amy Turkasz, Erin Castanza (Michael), Christopher Turkasz (Alexandria), Rachel Whelan (Adam), Neal (Sara), Alex (Ashley), Steven (Ashley) and Andrew Turkasz (Ashley); her siblings, Eleanor Geercken (late Larry), Betty Wanner (late Ray), Esther Jedrezejewski, Casey, Norman and Danny Gaczewski; and her sister-in-law Joan Kulczyk (late Joe). She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, and with Dolores's spirit in mind, the family requests that contributions be made to Roswell Park Alliance and the MD Anderson Cancer Center, helping to honor her legacy of love and caring for others.
