He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Brzezicki and Cecelia Brzezicki. He is survived by: his wife Carol Brzezicki; his children, Donald Brzezicki (Eileen), Leigh Anne Brzezicki and Molly Buscher (Dan); his grandchildren, Madison, Molly and Jameson; his brothers, Eugene Brzezicki (Judy) and James Brzezicki (Ann); and his pet Daisy.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Don's memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Association WNY Chapter or the Hospice Foundation of WNY.
