He was predeceased by: his daughter Laura Russo; his parents, Mary and Pascal; and his siblings, John (late Elaine) and Patricia Russo.
He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Frank Jr. (Kelly) and Jennifer Bagley (Robert); his grandchildren, Laura (Nick), David, Rachel, Matthew and Allison; his great grandchild Nicholas; and his brother Carl (Mark). He is also survived by relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Pacer Funeral Home, Inc. (2275 George Urban Blvd, Depew, NY 14043). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
