He was predeceased by: George Howell, Mark Howell (Sue) and Brian Howell. He is survived by: his wife Deborah A. Howell; and his siblings, Steven (late Beverly), Keith Howell (Julie), Thelma Howell and Jean Cox (late William). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
