He was predeceased by: his parents, Carmela Rybacki and Henry P. Rybacki Jr.; and his brother Michael Rybacki. He is survived by: his siblings, Thomas (Diane), Katherine Rybacki and Janet Faltisko (John); his stepdaughter Cara Butcher; and his significant other Kristie White. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
