She was predeceased by: her parents, Blazej Jakubek and Sophie Zahara; and her husband Charles Baase. She is survived by: her daughters, Rene and Nancy; her sons-in-law, John Manzella and Jim Manuse; her son Michael (Elena); her grandchildren, Jim Manzella, Joe Manzella, Julie Manzella, Peter Manzella, Andrew Manuse, Joe Manuse and Sarah Baase; and her sister Helen Oleniczak of Florida. She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
