He is survived by: his wife Irene; his children, Lawrence (Karen), Timothy Golba and Nancy Walter (Daniel); his grandchildren, Michael, Kevin, Jacob, Aaron, Derek, Laura and Jonathan; and his siblings, Bernardine Zygmunt (late Thaddeus) and Carol Golba. He is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
