She was predeceased by: her husbands, Robert L. Hadley and Donald L. Smith; and her daughter Debra Kaczmarek (Frank). She is survived by: her children, Janet Hughes (Charles "Buddy"), Robert Hadley (Diane), James Hadley (Janet), Bonnie Muench (Timothy), Scott Smith (Wendy) and Dawn Palumbo. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren; also survived by nieces and nephews.
