She was predeceased by: her siblings, Ralph and Serafino Liberatore (late Claudia). She is survived by: her husband Samuel; her daughters, Kimberly Gullo and Jennifer Staffeldt; and her granddaughter Mary Grace Staffeldt. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donation may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
