He was predeceased by: his son Charles Aquilina. He is survived by: his wife Grace Aquilina; his child Kelly Ann Jarrell; his grandchildren, Ryan (Rachel) and Angelo Buono (Melissa); his great grandchildren, Alaina, Valerie, Mary, Rebecca and Lucinda; his siblings, Charles Aquilina (late Kathleen) and Catherine Capone; and his nephew Peter Capone. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in his memory to the American Cancer Society.
