He is survived by: his wife Frances Culkowski; his daughters, Anne Marie Brown (Joseph), Jennifer Culkowski and Jessica Makowski (Arthur); his grandchildren, Joseph Brown (Chloe), Amanda Lang (Nicholas), Anthony Brown, Paige Makowski and Calleigh Makowski; his great grandchildren, Aurora, Alaina, Parker and Cameron; and his siblings, Mary Ellen Beals and Justin Culkowski (Margaret). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Lancaster-Depew Chapel (6050 Transit Rd, Depew, NY 14043). A celebration of life was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Amigone Funeral Home, Inc. (6050 Transit Rd, Depew, NY 14043). The military honors was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Lancaster-Depew Chapel (6050 Transit Rd, Depew, NY 14043).
