He was predeceased by : his father Peter A. Choinski Sr.. He is survived by : his mother Beverly Choinski; and his sisters, Angela Newton (Paul) and Tiffany Richardson (Jamis). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Lombardo Funeral Home (Southtowns Chapel) (3060 Abbott Rd, Orchard Park, NY 14127). A prayer was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
