He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth Clark and Gerald Clark. He is survived by: his significant other Irene A. Cassidy; and his siblings, Mark Clark (Sandy), Lyn Clark and Rich Clark (Judy). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
