She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Kathleen Garrett and Lawrence Garrett; her sister Tina Garrett (Bill Cline); and her nephew Scott Garrett.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Sandra's memory may be made to the Erie County SPCA, supporting a cause close to her heart.
