He was predeceased by: his son Michael Czajka; and his brother Raymond Czajka. He is survived by: his wife Andrea; his children, James, Laurie Riso (late Frank) and Gary (Gina); and his grandsons, Michael and Nicholas Czajka (Sarah Winkle). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
