He was predeceased by: his parents, Inez Ludwig and Robert C. Ludwig. He is survived by: his fiancée Peggy Layer; his children, Susan (Rick) and Timothy (Lisa); his grandchildren, Tyler (Amara), Ashleigh, Ryan and Kaitlyn; his great grandchildren, Hudson and Hadleigh; and his brother Robert D. (Jane). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
