She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Stanley Todd and Katherine Todd (Ingram); her husband Charles "Chuck" Loucks; her children, Janet Youngs-McQuillor (Darrell), Steven Youngs (Jill), Kevin Youngs (Suzette), Tod Youngs (Danielle), Melinda Loucks, Charles Loucks (Melissa) and Michael Loucks (Kelly); her siblings, David Todd (Ceil) and Nancy LeVac (Wayne); and her sister-in-law Barbara Todd. She was also cherished by 15 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
