He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Mosher and Clarabell Mosher (Smith); and his siblings, David Mosher, Milton Mosher, Charles Mosher, Russell Mosher, Larry Mosher, James Mosher, Richard Mosher and Mary Guzzey.
He is survived by : his wife Dee Mosher (Stanton); his children, Allen Marks (Angela), Joseph Holbert, Jessica Mosher, Jacqueline Miller and Amber Marks; and his siblings, Victor Mosher, Gary Mosher (Rose) and Patty Nichols. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren; 3 bonus grandchildren.
