He was predeceased by: his parents, Gertrude Bonker VanPelt and Edward R. VanPelt; and his daughter Sharon VanPelt Muller. He is survived by: his wife Carol Hamlin VanPelt; his daughter JoAdele Foster; his grandchildren, Lucas, Leah and Honesty; his great grandchildren, Jamison, Michelle and Kelsie; and his siblings, Darlene Warner, Debbie Stiffler and Donald VanPelt. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Hennessey's Funeral Home (78 2nd St, Deposit, NY 13754). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
