She was predeceased by : her husband Charles Conklin; her parents, David Crew and Ida Crew; and her sisters, Gloria Hartman and Ida May.

She is survived by : her children, Thomas Conklin, Kevin Conklin, Beth and Paul Warner; her sister Marion Jacobs; and her grandchildren, Liam, Nicholas, Fotis, Angelo and Kylie. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
