She is survived by : her husband Rod Bice; her parents, Marilyn Tarbox (VanPelt) and John Tarbox; her stepfather Richard Gifford, Sr.; her siblings, Jonnie (Melvin Reed), Marilyn Tarbox (Mert) and Jimmy Tarbox, Sr. (Jo Ann); her son John; her daughter-in-law Barb Dowd; her daughter Lynn; her son-in-law Paul Bowling; her grandchildren, Trevor Bowling, Ann Bowling, Kyle Bowling, Kaitlyn Dowd, Taylor Dowd, Hanna Dowd and Zach Dowd; her great grandchildren, Jackson Black and Olivia Black; and her siblings, Karen Homan (Jay), Judy Gould, Kevin Tarbox (Deb), Kim Wormuth, Kathy Snyder (Rick) and Richard Gifford, Jr. (Michele). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
