He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank X. Kamp and Fannie E. Kamp; and his siblings, Thomas, Gerard, Francis X. Kamp Jr. and Theresa Meagley.
He is survived by: his wife Connie of Joseph's Church; his children, Kaitlin E. Kamp and John Michael Kamp; his grandchild Regan Rayne Kamp; his sisters, Frances White, Catherine Smith, Liana (James Westbrook) and Patricia (Michael Prezkop); and his cousin John.
