He was predeceased by : his wife Evelyn; his grandson Zachary Guarnera; and his parents, Joseph Bivone and Rose Bivone. He is survived by : his children, Joseph Bivone Jr., Janice Guarnera (Anthony) and Judy Bivone; his grandchildren, Anthony Guarnera (Patricia), Rebecca VanDeursen (Richard) and Joshua Guarnera (Alyssa Perez); his great grandchildren, Kenneth Anthony VanDeursen and Evalynn Joy VanDeursen; and his brother William Bivone. He is also survived by many loving nieces and Nephews.
