She was predeceased by: her parents, Jay Smith and Daisy Smith; her husband Clayton Warner Sr.; her children, Lizbeth Warner and Dennis Warner; and her grandchildren, Clayton Warner III, Jay Warner, Beth Decker (Tom Hauber), Ford Walley (Art Butler) and Sunil Saigal.
She is survived by: her children, Clayton Warner Jr. and Ann Schambach; and her daughter-in-law Iris Warner. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Methodist Church Choir, 107 Second St. Deposit, NY 13754.
