He was predeceased by: his wife Sylvia Kramer; and his siblings, Eileen Orser (Raymond) and Jack Kramer. He is survived by: his children, Lynn Fulton and Patrick Kramer; his grandchild Taylor Fulton; his siblings, Betty Merkley (late Ronald) and Lou Ann Kelly (Ray); and his friends, Russell Fulton and Joe Tomlinson.
