He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles A Militello and Anne Militello; and his sister Virginia Anne Macaluso (John). He is survived by: his children, Bonnie Militello, C. Michael Militello (Jami Furnagiev), Erin McClure (Joseph), Andrea Cwynar (Stephan), Audrey Parks (Alex Wendley), Alex Militello, John "Jack" Militello, Brayden, Carson, Raegan and Iris; his brother David Militello; his nieces and nephews, David, Mark, Anne, Stephen and Beth; his close friend Cathy Haines (family: Christina Popielinski, Marc Kunchev, Katie Kurek, David Haines, Gabe Corallo, James Kurek, Xander Popielinski, Audrey Kurek, Rowan Popielinski, Corbin Kurek, Thomas Haines); and his pet Lucy. He is also survived by other loving family members, friends.
