She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Lewis and Louise Lewis; and her siblings, Lee Lewis, Bob Lewis and Lucille Labart.
She is survived by: her children, Colleen Butler (Harry), Dennis Butler (Mark) and Kevin Butler. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
