Gates; his parents, Ronald Eich and Marianne Eich; his sister Emily Eich; his mother-in-law Mary; his siblings-in-law, Kaelyn Gates and Leigh Gates; and his grandparents, Donald and Mary Eich. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
