"Peggy" Lazarz; his children, Deborah Douglas (Jesus Arroyo), Brian Lazarz and Kevin Lazarz; his grandchildren, Jacqueline, Jason (Amber), Mark II, Michelle and Timothy Douglas II; his great grandchildren, Matthew, Anthony, Kayli Montes, Jason II, Jayden, Juliana, Jaelynn Douglas and Raymond Taylor; and his sister Patricia Sienkiewicz (Walter). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
