“this is such sad news for me personally..i have known billy from when we were young kids together playing with his brothers mark and greg..we grew up together and went to the same schools,and we played in softball leagues against each other at the evans town park and also the over 30 league at chicks restaurant..he was always a straight forward man who would always give you an honest answer and he loved his family for sure.....”
